Hand-Crafted Soy Candles

Hand-crafted Soy Candles made from all-natural Soy Wax developed right here in the heartland of America.  The soybeans this wax is made of is a renewable resource (unlike the petroleum based paraffin) and it helps support our American farmers.

We then add as much premium fragrance as the wax will hold, add an all-natural wick (no zinc or lead) and pour them one at a time to provide you with a quality, clean-burning candle that will burn longer than a same-sized paraffin candle.

Farmers Market

May 17, 2011 - Reluctantly we have decided to withdraw from the Davenport Freight House Farmers Market this year.  Our homestead has not received the attention it needs and other responsibilities are cutting in to our available time, so Farmers Market will have to wait until I retire from my day job.  We're still making candles and will continue to supply our internet and local customers.  We may even show up at a few craft shows this Fall.  We want to thank all of our wonderful customers at the Farmers Market for the past 10 years and encourage you all to send us an email or give us a call for your candle needs.

Another milestone...

The demand for soybeans has skyrocketed and so has our cost for soy wax.  So, for the first time in 10 years we're forced to increase our prices.  We think you'll admit that our prices are still low in comparison to most other vendors, and we refuse to skimp on quality just to keep the price down.  The new prices go into effect June 1, 2011.
